　　看到哥哥會游泳，我很羨慕，也想學(xué)游泳，想利用假期時(shí)間學(xué)會游泳。

　　那天下午，我?guī)е�游泳用具，高興的來到游泳館。到游泳館一看：水清澈極了，一眼就能望到底。這時(shí)，我決定一定要把游泳學(xué)好。教練過來讓我先在淺水區(qū)做深呼吸，我跳下水，心慌了，害怕嗆到嘴里。慢慢的，我把頭放到水里，還沒等我想好，“咕咚咕咚”就嗆了三四口，咽了不少水。當(dāng)我第二次準(zhǔn)備把頭放水里時(shí)，教練說：“止住呼吸，鎮(zhèn)靜點(diǎn)，不要心慌�！蔽以俅伟杨^放進(jìn)水里，止住呼吸，鎮(zhèn)靜。心想：“不害怕，我不害怕�！蔽页晒Φ淖骱昧怂�里呼吸，教練夸了我兩句，我心里美滋滋的。

　　教練教我做蛙泳腿，他先給作了個(gè)示范。我模仿他的樣子，翻掌，蹬腿，收回，作的一點(diǎn)也不規(guī)范，教練耐心的教我怎么做，直到我做好為止，我拿著打水板，下水作動作，原來，水里比岸上還難十倍。岸上很輕松的動作，到了水里，感覺腿上掛了許多東西。

　　The coach taught me how to do the breaststroke leg。 He gave me a demonstration first。 I imitated him， flipped my palms， kicked my legs， retracted， and did nothing standardized。 The coach patiently taught me how to do it。 Until I did it well， I took the paddle and went into the water to do the action。 It turned out that it was ten times more difficult to do it in the water than on the shore。 Its a very easy movement on the shore。 When I get into the water， I feel that there are many things hanging on my legs。

　　緊接著，又要學(xué)蛙泳手的動作，手的動作很簡單，我一會兒就會了。教練從后背拴了一個(gè)打水板，讓我下水游，我按照岸上的動作，一步一步向前游，雖然我游的慢一些，但只要功夫深，鐵棒磨成針，我第一次來就在水里游來游去。以后，一定比哥哥厲害。
