Health is very important to everyone.
Nowadays,almost everyone is more concern about money than their health.They are working-hard and have no enough time to sleep let alone to do some exercise.
In my eyes,we should build up an right attitude of keeping fit.Every weekend,we can have some gentle sports.For example:Along with jogging(健身慢跑)and swimming,cycling is one of the best all-round of exercise.It can help to increase your strength and energy.Eating balance also takes an important part.So,we should eat nutritious food as well as vegetable and fruit.It is not good to eat too much junk food and some food which is rich of fat and sugar.
Generally speaking,people should pay more attentions of health
健康對(duì)所有人來(lái)說(shuō)都很重要.
在現(xiàn)今時(shí)代,幾乎所有人都把錢(qián)看的比自己的身體還要重要.他們努力工作沒(méi)有時(shí)間去休息更不用說(shuō)做運(yùn)動(dòng)了.
在我看來(lái),我們應(yīng)該樹(shù)立一個(gè)正確的保持健康的態(tài)度.每周我們能夠做一些比較柔和的運(yùn)動(dòng).例如:健身慢跑,游泳,騎單車(chē)是這么多種運(yùn)動(dòng)中最好的,比較全面之一的運(yùn)動(dòng).這個(gè)能夠幫助你去提高自己的體力和能量.飲食均衡同時(shí)也起著一個(gè)重要的作用.所以,我們應(yīng)該多吃有營(yíng)養(yǎng)的食物同時(shí)還有蔬菜水果.吃太多的垃圾食品和一些充滿油脂和糖分的食物是不好的.
總的來(lái)說(shuō),人們應(yīng)該多關(guān)注自己的健康.
