初一夜宵英語日記帶翻譯

　　晚飯吃飯的時候一點都不餓，只胡亂喝了點粥。

　　At dinner, I was not hungry at all. I just had some porridge.

　　晚上打算睡覺了覺得有些餓了，又想吃些夜宵。媽媽說，晚上吃東西對胃不好。如果不是太餓的話就不要吃了。突然想起來之前看過一條新聞，晚上吃太多的東西對胃造成負(fù)荷容易得胃病。后來聽了媽媽的話，沒有再吃，蓋上被子睡覺去了，也就不再想了。

　　I feel a little hungry when I plan to go to bed in the evening, and I want to eat some supper. My mother said that eating at night is bad for my stomach. Dont eat it if its not too hungry. Suddenly I remember that I read a piece of news before. Eating too much at night will cause a load on the stomach, which is easy to cause stomach disease. After listening to my mother, I didnt eat any more. I put on the quilt and went to sleep, so I didnt think about it anymore.

　　大家為了自己的健康也不要再熬夜吃夜宵了。

　　We should not stay up all night for our health.
