　　陽光明媚，太陽暖暖的照著大地。舅舅帶我們到游泳館去游泳。

　　到了游泳館，我迫不及待地?fù)Q上我心愛的游泳衣，第一個沖進(jìn)游泳館內(nèi)廳。哇！游泳池好大呀！整個游泳池像一個巨大的水中藍(lán)色籃球場。池里的水清澈見底，碧波蕩漾。舅舅和我做了一番熱身運(yùn)動后，我們就下水了。啊，水真涼��！舅舅教我吸氣和憋氣，剛開始我只能憋5秒，后來可以憋10秒、18秒……舅舅夸我有進(jìn)步。我開始學(xué)習(xí)時身體直往下沉，越沉越害怕，兩手亂撲騰，真像“狗刨”。舅舅告訴我，身體要浮在水面，還拉著我的手慢慢的漂游，在漂游中我還喝了好幾口水呢！經(jīng)過反復(fù)的訓(xùn)練，我掌握了水上漂游的技巧。

　　When I got to the swimming pool, I couldnt wait to change into my favorite swimsuit and rushed into the hall first. WOW! How big the swimming pool is! The whole swimming pool is like a huge blue basketball court in the water. The water in the pool is clear and rippling. After my uncle and I did some warm-up exercises, we went into the water. Ah, the water is so cold! My uncle taught me to breathe and hold my breath. At first, I could only hold for 5 seconds, and then I could hold for 10 seconds, 18 seconds My uncle praised me for my progress. When I began to learn, my body sank straight. The more I sank, the more I was afraid. My hands were flailing in disorder. It was like a dog plane. My uncle told me that my body would float on the water, and I would slowly drift by holding my hand. I also drank several mouthfuls in the drift! After repeated training, I have mastered the skill of floating on water.

　　游泳可以鍛煉人的意志、膽量、身體的靈活性，雖然我現(xiàn)在還不是很會游泳，但是，我相信只要我堅(jiān)持不懈的練習(xí)，總有一天我會像小魚一樣在水里自由自在的游泳了

　　Swimming can exercise peoples will, courage and flexibility. Although I am not very good at swimming now, I believe that as long as I keep practicing, one day I will swim freely in the water like a small fish.
