跳繩分反跳，單腳跳，弓步跳和原地跑步跳。老師對同學(xué)們說：“要練習(xí)不會的或不熟練的�！崩蠋煱淹瑢W(xué)們分成兩人一組，三人一組和四人一組。接著，同學(xué)們就開心地練習(xí)跳繩了。我先練習(xí)反跳。用力一甩繩子，就發(fā)出“呼呼的”響聲。結(jié)果，我只跳了兩個。我深吸了一口氣，又投入到刻苦的練習(xí)中。我想，只要我努力練習(xí)，就能跳出好成績。
Rope skipping is divided into reverse jump, single jump, lunge jump and in situ running jump. The teacher said to the students, "practice what you can't or don't know." The teacher divided the students into two, three and four. Then, the students happily practice skipping. I'll practice the reverse jump first. A strong swing of the rope makes a "whoosh" sound. As a result, I only jumped two. I took a deep breath and went back to the hard work. I think as long as I practice hard, I can get good grades.
轉(zhuǎn)眼，下課鈴聲響起了，我也能熟練反跳了。
In a flash, the bell rings after class, and I can jump skillfully.
